Instant Ad Sizer is provided exclusively for business and professional use by production designers, agencies, in-house design teams, and other commercial users. The Service is not intended for, marketed to, or designed for personal or consumer use.
By subscribing to, purchasing, or using Instant Ad Sizer, you represent and warrant that you are acquiring the Service for business purposes in the course of your trade, profession, or commercial activity, and not as a consumer. Consumer protection regulations applicable to business-to-consumer transactions do not apply to your use of the Service.
Instant Ad Sizer does not collect, transmit, or store any document contents, design files, artboards, layers, or other data from your Adobe Illustrator workspace. There is no analytics, telemetry, or behavioral tracking beyond the license validation calls described above.
License records (email, fingerprint hash, validation timestamps) are stored in Cloudflare KV in the United States. Local panel state is stored in the extension's localStorage on your machine.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to object to processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact support@instantadsizer.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@instantadsizer.com. Deleting your data terminates your license.
We use only strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and bot protection. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Stripe checkout page uses its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy.
From time to time we may send occasional product updates, new feature announcements, or tips for using Instant Ad Sizer to the email address associated with your account. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting your subscription or license. Transactional emails (license delivery, payment confirmations, trial reminders, account changes) are required for the service and are not subject to opt-out.
We keep your license record while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle renewals, refunds, and reactivations. You can request earlier deletion at privacy@instantadsizer.com.
Instant Ad Sizer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Material changes will be announced on this page.
