These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Instant Ad Sizer (the "Service"), a software extension for Adobe Illustrator. The Service is operated by S. B. Denison, a sole proprietor based in Roswell, Georgia, USA ("we," "us," or "Instant Ad Sizer"). By installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Instant Ad Sizer is an Adobe Illustrator panel extension that generates 21 ad sizes from a single template using text and image inputs. Subscriptions are sold through instantadsizer.com.
Instant Ad Sizer is provided exclusively for business and professional use by production designers, agencies, in-house design teams, and other commercial users. The Service is not intended for, marketed to, or designed for personal or consumer use.
By subscribing to, purchasing, or using Instant Ad Sizer, you represent and warrant that you are acquiring the Service for business purposes in the course of your trade, profession, or commercial activity, and not as a consumer. Consumer protection regulations applicable to business-to-consumer transactions do not apply to your use of the Service.
When you purchase a subscription or start a free trial, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the panel on up to two computers per license while your subscription is active. You may not:

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans are:
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime at instantadsizer.com/account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
Refunds. All sales are final. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. Outside that window, refunds are not provided.
We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice by email or on the website. Existing paid periods are not affected.
The free trial gives you full access for 14 days. After the trial ends, the panel will stop working until you start a paid subscription. We do not auto-charge a payment method when a trial ends.
By creating a license or starting a trial, you agree we may contact you at the email address you provide for transactional purposes (license delivery, payment confirmations, trial reminders, account changes) and for occasional product updates. Every product-update email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing email does not affect transactional email or your subscription.
Do not use the website or panel to attempt to bypass license checks, abuse our systems, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by Adobe, Microsoft Windows, Apple macOS, Cloudflare, Stripe, or other third parties.
We may release updates to the panel. Continued use of the panel after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
The panel and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the panel is error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the panel will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the panel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms or if your payment fails. On termination, your license to use the panel ends immediately.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
